Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • Peanuts (optional)

Directions

Whisk 2 eggs and sugar in a large bowl until it gets white. Add oil and milk and continue whisking. Lastly, add cocoa powder and vanilla and whisk the mixture for a while.

Spare 1/4 of the mixture because we are going to apply this part onto cake after we baked it.

Add flour and baking powder to rest of the mixture and continue whisking.

Spread oil all over the medium tray and pour the mixture. Finally, bake at 350 degrees F for nearly 25 minutes. Baking time can vary by tray size but you can control the cake by sticking a toothpick and find optimum baking time for your tray.

After baking, apply the mixture that we spared before onto the cake. You can add peanuts while serving.
