We share 10 important rules that must be followed every day in accordance with the opinions of experts to lose weight healthfully and to be fit. Firstly you can practice by reading these quick and easy but practical steps through our article, then you can make these daily habits in your life.

1. After You Wake Up

As soon as you wake up in the morning first drink 2 large cups of  water at room temperature.

2. Before Breakfast

You can drink 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and mixture of water and honey on an empty stomach before breakfast. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water and just to make it ‘drinkable’ add a tablespoon honey. It is best to drink half an hour before dinner.

3. Water Consumption

You should drink at least 8 cups of water during the day. But if you drink coke, ice tea or something like that, you won’t get thirsty and you won’t be able to drink water you need.

4. During Dinner

Don’t drink water during the meal. You can drink it half an hour before dinner or 1 hour after dinner.

5. Fizzy Drinks

Don’t drink fizzy drinks, coke, alcohol, instant coffee and juice box.

6. Nutrition

You should eat fruits and vegetables that grow during the season for a healthier life. Any food growing in its own suitable season is appropriate for our needs.

7. Evening

Try not to eat after sunset. If you really eat something; try tea, fruit or soup.

8. Shelf-Stable Foods

Stay away from shelf-stable foods which contain preservatives and color additives. How preservatives protect food from spoiling? These preservatives kill the bacteria which cause spoilage and guess what else do they kill? Bacteria in your bowel but these bacteria are not harmful ones, they help you to digest foods and once they were gone, digestive problems break out.

9. Stay Away From White

White bread and baked goods should not be consumed. (White bread, cake, cookies etc.)

10. Active Lifestyle

You should have the habit of active life and do physical activity at least half an hour a day.
