Cabbage Cure For Losing Weight

Obesity is one of the important problems in today’s life. Maybe you’re too busy to spare time for physical exercises or workout and you don’t like the way you look in the mirror anymore because of your weight; this cure is meant for you. Use this cure regularly and do not try to eat fast foods while applying the cure.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces cabbage leaf
  • 25 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Boil 2 cups of water in a large pot. When boiling starts, add cabbages and continue boiling for 3-4 minutes. Add parsley into water and continue boiling for more 5 minutes. Wait for the mixture to cool and then strain the mixture. Finally, squeeze lemon and add to your mixture.

Method

This cure must be prepared every day and must be drunk 2-3 times a day. You can drink it whether on an empty stomach or after meals. Do not add any sweetening or sugar into it. You must use this cure for 3 weeks.
