Multigrain French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 4 pitted olives
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Directions

Add all the ingredients between bread slices and put them in the pan.

Place a grill press or heavy pan over the sandwich to weigh it down.

Cook until the bread is nicely toasted and golden, which lasts about 3 to 4 minutes.

Flip, press and cook the other side as well.
