Garlic Cure For Hypertension

Some type of hypertension stems from what you eat but there is also a type of hypertension source’s is unknown. The source of this unknown type hypertension; If the woman suffer anemia during pregnancy, her child will have hypertension with 90 percent probability. Besides, if any of your family member have hypertension, which means you have tendency to have hypertension. So it is good to take early measurement before experiencing any of these.

First thing; drink a cup of water with lemon juice every day before breakfasts on an empty stomach, half of the cup must be lemon juice, rest of it should be water. It also prevents arteriosclerosis (vessel stiffness) and fatty liver. If you are sure that you have hypertension, you must stay away from celery, it will increase the tension. Some people sweat and left breathless while climbing the stairs. ,One of the reason is cardiovascular disease, which can be cured with this cure too. Ingredients

  • A bunch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

Grind a bunch of parsley in a blender. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, a clove of garlic and a cup of water and mix all of it with blender.

Method

First thing you should know is you must apply this cure 3 days with garlic and next three day without garlic and next three day with garlic once more, which will be 9 days in total. After 9 days, take a break for 5 days and then repeat the 9 days cycle (3 days with garlic-3 days without garlic-3 days with garlic) then another 5 days break and then 9 days cycle for the last time, so it will be 27 days in total. Drink this cure in the morning, before breakfasts and on an empty stomach. You must wait 20 minutes before having a breakfast if you drink the cure.
