There are many reasons behind anemia. Iron deficiency cause anemia but the lack of vitamin B12 also cause this disease. First, you should consult your doctor to learn the main reason of the anemia. If your anemia is caused by iron deficiency, you should use spinach cure.

This cure will increase your hemoglobin value of your blood. Cancer patients can also use this cure; because of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, their body easily get rid of iron. Even after 3 days of this cure, you can feel the strength and feel energetic.

Also, there is something you should know; unlike the general belief, spinach is not a source of iron. They have nearly same amount of iron with parsley. But the thing makes spinach invaluable is it can absorb and bring all iron you take from other foods. Important point: If you have gastric bleeding, ulcer or gastritis, you should stay away from spinach.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups peeled celery, chopped
  • 4 cups water

Directions

Boil 4 cups water in a large pot. After boiling starts, add peeled and thinly sliced celery into it then close the pan lid. Continue boiling at low heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add spinach in it and continue boiling at low heat for 5 minutes. After all of this, let the mixture cool for a while. Finally, filter the cure and put it in a bottle.

Method

In the morning, a glass of this cure must be drunk on an empty stomach or 1 hour after breakfast and one more glass in the evening on an empty stomach or 1 hour after dinner. Continue this cure for 15 days without skipping any day. After 15 days, have 10 days break then continue 15 days more. The cure will be completed after 30 days.
