This cure’s success rate is very high. If we consider that there is no cure for coeliac in modern medicine, logical decision would be using this cure. Besides many people get rid of this disease by using this cure.

Crush 3 teaspoons black seeds. After crushing them, you may use a little amount of water that helps you to swallow crushed seeds. Every day before breakfast and dinner on an empty stomach. That makes 2 times a day but it will be better if you can make it 3 but you must take black seeds while you are hungry. You can also take 2 teaspoons black seeds oil instead of crushing 3 teaspoons black seeds 3 times a day but as I mentioned it is very hard to find reliable oil and easy to trick customers while buying herbal oils.

While applying this cure, you must continue to stay away from products with gluten. Continue this cure for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, you may  try your sensitivity by eating a small amount of foods that contain gluten.

Bonus Fact

We consume much more salt than we need and this is bad for health, that is not a secret anymore. But even if we know salty foods are bad for health, we can’t stop taking it because many meals would be tasteless without it and many people get used to it.
