The first thing you should do is avoiding direct solar rays, in other saying avoid going out if you will be exposed to excessive sunlight. Also, you should avoid eating tomatoes and garlic. You should avoid all of them during the cure as well as after the cure, these things make vitiligo worse. The important thing is oat straws must have been dried when they were green (as you can see in the picture above).

Ingredients

  • Dried oat straw
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Boil 2 cups of water in a large pot. When boiling starts add two pinches of dried oat straw and keep boiling for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of boiling, turn off the heat and wait for the cure to cool.

Method

This cure must be applied on parts of your body affected by vitiligo, at least 4 days in a week. You must apply the cure upon your body repeatedly, at least 5 times. After applying the cure on diseased part, wait them to be dried, then dab the cure these parts once more, so you must apply the cure 5 times in total. You don’t have to wash these parts of your body.

Another important point is you must drink a cup of lavender tea every day during the first month of the cure (Boil 2 cups water then add 1 tablespoon dried lavender into it and continue boiling for 5 minutes). Then you must drink Spanish lavender (also known as French lavender, they have purple color) every day during the second month of the cure (Boil 2 cups water then add 6 head of French lavender into it and continue boiling for 5 minutes).

The cure will be completed after 2 months. In sum, drink a cup of lavender tea during the first month and a cup of French lavender tea during the second month. Also during these two months, you must apply out straw cure upon diseased part of your body at least 4 days in a week.
