- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup semolina flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons whipped cream powder
Add all the ingredients except whipped cream powder and flaked coconut into a saucepan and mix them together. Cook them over medium heat and continue whisking until mixture thickens while cooking. After you get a thick and well-combined mixture, turn off the heat and let it simmer down until it gets to room temperature.
Lastly, add whipped cream powder and combine them together.
If you have ice cream scoop, you can use it to shape the mixture, just use a wet scoop in order to prevent the mixture from sticking. You can also use your hands to shape it, just try to shape them into 1-inch balls.
Roll the mixture balls in flaked coconut until balls completely covered with coconuts.
You can garnish them by putting a hazelnut, raisin or pistachio in the middle of them.
