It reduces high blood pressure, cleanses your blood and regulates gland functions. It prevents anemia and constipation. It helps to relieve muscles and eliminate mental fatigue.

During pregnancy, it helps relieve nausea. People with a poor digestive system should prefer compote instead of eating dried pears. Just cook dried pears in a large volume of water and do not add additional sugar if possible. Consuming it before meals is more beneficial.

Dried Mulberry

It is rich in calcium, iron, vitamin B1 and B2, moreover, it is a preventative against many diseases. Mulberries are also known as diuretic (eases urination) and they can be used against fever. Moreover, syrup extracted from black mulberry is good for a sore throat.

It balances blood pressure and lowers cholesterol. It boosts the immune system and fights flu, anemia and stomach disorders. Moreover, it beautifies your skin.

Dried Plum

In the evenings, it is important to eat fruits that are low in sugar. Especially women need to consume dried plum because they are high in calcium and vitamin D. These minerals are important for bone health.

It also contains potassium and magnesium which are good for liver, heart and kidneys. It is rich in antioxidants and it reduces the risk of heart attack. This anti-cancer fruit normalizes blood sugar and it has an anti-aging effect on the skin.
