Ingrediets
- 5-6 eggplants
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt
Directions
Roast the eggplants and slice them into small pieces.
Beat yogurt and mayonnaise within a small pot and then add dill, garlic, salt and eggplants.
Lastly, garnish the salad with walnuts.
