Ingredients
- 1/2 lb dried green bean
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
Add dried green beans in a pot with 2 cups water and cook them until beans get soft which is nearly 20 minutes. After cooking, drain the beans. Chop up the onions into small pieces, and put it into a pot, add a tablespoon of butter and 3 tablespoons oil and scorch the onions until they turn pink. After scorching the onions, add tomato paste into onions and scorch them just a little bit, after a while add beans, salt and cup of water. Cook them together for nearly 15 minutes.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in another pot and add all of the eggs into it. After eggs are perfectly cooked, add the eggs into pots with beans and mix them together.
